Objective definition:

A person who is not influenced by personal feelings or opinions in considering and representing facts.  Being impartial or unbiased.

        Subjective definition:

A person who is influenced by personal feelings, taste or opinions.  Allowing emotions or biases to sway the outcome.

To gain clarity in your life, make sure you understand which lens you're looking through.

Experiences and Explorations

As we leap into 2023, what do you want to see?  What do you want to experience?  Where do you want to explore?  What do you want to learn?

These are great questions to ask yourself!

We all are unique beings.  Nobody knows your "true north", and you don't know others true north. This is an inside job!

In 2023, can you commit to 5 minutes each day to check in with yourself and ask yourself:

  • How am I feeling?
  • What do I want to make sure I accomplish today?
  • What one thing can I do today that would bring me joy?

As you develop this internal dialog, more meaningful questions will organically enter into the conversation.

Your SOUL knows its journey....tap into it and allow yourself to be taken places you couldn't imagine!

A Gift We Give Ourselves

Forgiveness is the gateway to a better quality of life!

Take a look at the chart below:

Notice the difference levels LOW, NEUTRAL and HIGH.

If you find the emotion of FORGIVENESS, you will see that it's at the beginning of all the emotional states we want to live within.

FORGIVENESS is what you must go through in order to reach a higher state of consciousness.

If you're unwilling to forgive, or to let go of people and experiences that have hurt you, then you're depriving yourself of a happy fulfilled life.

How do we forgive?  Who do we forgive?  Forgive Everyone....for Everything!

Consciously or unconsciously, most people were taught to label others....how people are different. Then we judge people accordingly.  Maybe that's a good place to start forgiving.  Forgive those who taught us there's a difference between people with different skin color; different religions; different political beliefs; different cultures....and at the same time, we need to forgive ourselves for bel...

No Man Is An Island!

We were not meant to come to this planet and exist alone.  We are all children of our Creator, and as children we learn new things...we fall down and learn to get up again.  It doesn't matter how many times you fall down, what matters is, how many times do you get up???

You were born into this crazy world at this very precise time for a reason.  Your life's lessons that you've conquered will help so many people at this time.  There are No Mistakes, you were meant to have those lessons, so you can help other navigate through them.  We are all experts in what we have gone through, and over come.

What many people don't realize yet, is that the rules that were in place before 2020 are now totally different.  If we are going to excel during this time we need to own the wisdom within the core of our being, and share it with others.

Rebuilding Step-By-Step

What's stirring inside of you?

Are you following your passion?

Your wounds may be on the outside, or they may be on the inside...but we all got them!  The only difference between us is, are we facing our challenges and moving forward, or are we ignoring them and staying stuck?

We all have our stories, and yes we need to honor the challenges in our lives.  It's not uncommon for people to look back and realize how much they've grown because of their challenge. 

When these challenges occur, I recommend the 20/80 Rule.  Take 20% of your time, and honor what happened....why it might have happened....and what could be a lesson from the situation.  After that, spend the remaining 80% of your time thinking of where to go from here.....how to take small steps towards making your life better....seeing yourself at the end of the challenge as a conqueror.

Exercising Consciousness

It's important to keep your body healthy, so you might watch what you eat, go to the gym, or walk around your neighborhood.

It is equally, or perhaps more important to keep your mind healthy.

We all can admit we are living in "CRAZY" times...but do you know that you are adding to the Craziness if you aren't controlling your consciousness?

What you think about AND the words you choose to use, are all part of the "crazy" drama currently playing out in the world.  They either add to the drama, or they calm the drama!

In the month of June, I will focus on different examples, techniques, and explanations to help break it down so you can gain control of what you're contributing; while respecting others for where they are at in their lives.
