In spirituality, ascension s a process of personal and spiritual evolution that involves raising your consciousness, shifting identity from the individual to the universal, and transcending the ego-based limitations.

It's a fundamental transformation of self-identity, purpose, and relationship with reality. It's described as letting go of old patterns and focusing on a higher vibrational frequency, and unity consciousness.

This is not about escaping your life, but rather finding peace and mastery within it!

There are Universal Laws that are governing our lives far more than man's laws.

These laws focus on Peace, Respect, and Love for all people everywhere.

We need to hold tightly to this truth and practice this truth daily, to be on the right side of Universal harmony and justice.

Everyone is on their own Spiritual Journey.  Each person's alignment has nothing to do with other people.  We are 100% responsible for our feelings, our choices, our actions, and our alignment to Source.

We are evolving to a higher way of living.

Pick 3 times during the day to check in and ask yourself these questions:

Am I staying in "my own lane"?  Am I managing my own emotions?  Are the actions I'm choosing, aligned with Peace, Love and Respect?

If you are, Good Job!

If you're not, don't worry, just redirect your focus.

We are living through challenging times, and we will get through this TOGETHER.  Love unites us while hate divides us.  We don't have to agree on everything in order to stand shoulder to shoulder with each other.  In fact when we hear a different perception, we might learn something new!

None of us came out of the womb knowing everything.  We learned step by step through our experiences.  In fact, I ALWAYS learned more from my mistakes than I did from my successes.

Let's not allow others to divide us.  In truth, there is one race...the Human Race.

Let's Grow Stronger, Together!

Third Density Existence:

Egocentric;  Serf-serving;  Actions based on fear:  Conditional love - divisive;  Lack of compassion;  Judging others and Self;  Competitive;  Self-righteous;  Identifies with physical body:  Self-importance;  World of Scarcity;  Not trusting;  Fight or flight; Materialistic;  Need security;  Controlling;  Emotionally charged by past and/or future;  Reactive.

Fourth Density Existence:

Transition from Egocentric fear-based reality to love;  Spiritual Awakening;  Consciousness expansion;  Purging of negative emotions and belief systems;  Realizing Self is not a body;  Physical changes;  Tap into collective consciousness;  Increased telepathy;  Out of body experiences;  Thinning of the "veil";  Realization that something is changing in the world.

Fifth Density Existence:

Ego-less;  Service to others;  Actions based on love;  Unconditional love;  Ongoing gratitude;  Self-realized;  Fearless;  No limits;  Less dense body;  Unity-minded;  Recognized Self as part...

The Soul's Journey is all about moving forward, or ascending.  It's not about being perfect, it's about being better than we use to be.

It's not a comparison with others, it's a comparison with our self.

When we're living in the 3rd dimensional realm, our predominant emotions we'd be attached to is "Guilt" "Shame" "Fear" and "Anger".

When we're living in the 4th dimensional realm, our predominant emotions we'd be attached to is "Hopeful" "Curiosity" and "Neutrality".  This is where we're willing to be open minded and explore situations and ideas.

When we're living in the 5th dimensional realm, our predominant emotions we'd be attached to is "Forgiveness" "Love" "Patience" and "Peace".

Be aware of what emotions you're feeling.  Are you happy there?  If you are, then keep thinking what you've been thinking.  Being happy is what we're aiming for.

Sometimes life hurts!

Lessons are here for us to learn and grow from. We need to find our own way in life.  Sometimes we rely on other people's thoughts, discernment, or beliefs, more than we value our own.

There's nothing wrong with listening to others thoughts and beliefs.  But Discernment, that job is ours!

We all came to this planet for a powerful purpose, and it's different for each person.  If we gather other people's opinions and try to "fuse" them into our life, it may make things "confusing" for what WE came to do!

Most of us discover our life's purpose through our personal experiences.  We need these experiences to teach us, and help us to develop.  That's why it's important to experience, explore, and discern what's real for us.  So we can share our authentic self with the world.

These disappointments not only help expand us and our purpose...they are also contributing to the expansion of the world.
