There are many changes happening all around us.
How do we make sense of it all?
Close your eyes, and look inside your heart. That's where your answers lie. This is where you find what makes you happy, and how you want your life to be.
Then open your eyes; and with your eyes open, hold onto the thoughts and images you found while looking inside. Hold them. Embellish them. Post notes or pictures that help you feel your future dreams. You are in the process of creating your new day.
Break bad habits by walking away from lies, illusions, and anything that feels bad.
Life is good. Life is abundant. Life is an on-going creation. Life is worth living.
Start by walking in the direction of things that make you "feel" good. Then things and people will be placed on your path; explore these new experiences. They will lead you to the dreams you found in your heart.
Trust the Process!
We All Have Our Own Unique Purpose!
We find our purpose by noticing things that excite us. Things we feel passionate about.
What are YOU passionate about?
Take a step in that direction. Start small if you like, but then keep moving forward.
Just Do Your Passion. No room for doubts!
DO IT....DO IT....DO IT!
Its understanding just like every lock has its on unique key, so it is with Success
Every person has a unique purpose for being on this planet, and at this specific time. No two people are the same. Even twins may look very similar, but even they have unique differences and purposes.
Success is understanding they have their own purpose.
Success is respecting others for the gifts each person brings to the world.
Success is holding your beliefs about your purpose, regardless of other people's opinions.
Success is trying something new and unfamiliar.
Success is getting up after a fall and courage to try again.
Success is knowing there's a lesson in every experience, and becoming wiser for it.
Success is knowing the difference between outside chatter and inner wisdom.
Success is having the ability to stay in the present moment.
Success is listening to the desires in your heart, and allowing your soul to express itself.
Success is knowing that it's about the journey, and not...
As we leap into 2023, what do you want to see? What do you want to experience? Where do you want to explore? What do you want to learn?
These are great questions to ask yourself!
We all are unique beings. Nobody knows your "true north", and you don't know others true north. This is an inside job!
In 2023, can you commit to 5 minutes each day to check in with yourself and ask yourself:
As you develop this internal dialog, more meaningful questions will organically enter into the conversation.
Your SOUL knows its journey....tap into it and allow yourself to be taken places you couldn't imagine!
Once you discover something is damaged in your life and needs repair, there's an honest assessment that's needed.
To be able to step back and objectively look at your options.
I actually went through my home being severely damaged due to a fire. My sister came over, looked at the house and said "What a Tragedy!" Without a delay I replied, "No, it's not a tragedy, it's an inconvenience."
I'm not sure if I said that for her, or for me!! There was so much work ahead of me, so many belongings destroyed, that when I looked at it as a "Tragedy"....I felt my energy depleted; but if it's an "Inconvenience", then I had the energy to deal with the situation.
When dealing with a big change like a sudden fire, your emotions waver back and forth as you find something dear that's now lost....processing the feelings....then return back to gratitude that no one got hurt. We need to feel our feelings, but then we also need to regain our balance and notice what is still going...

I know things are feeling crazy and out of control. I know people are feeling fearful and things are not going as they planned for their lives.
But what if nothing was going wrong? What if it was nothing more than a world-wide GPS indicating the need for a Course Correction. We've all been there with our personal navigational devises, stating "At your earliest convenience make a U Turn".
In the dictionary the verb "correct" is defined as: If you correct a problem, mistake, or fault, you do something which puts it right.
So in your automobile if you do a course correction, you're making an adjustment to the path you are currently on, in order to get back on the right path.
Did you know if a ship that is only 1 tiny degree off the correct path...and left uncorrected long enough, could miss the entire continent? That's why there's a...

What's stirring inside of you?
Are you following your passion?
Your wounds may be on the outside, or they may be on the inside...but we all got them! The only difference between us is, are we facing our challenges and moving forward, or are we ignoring them and staying stuck?
We all have our stories, and yes we need to honor the challenges in our lives. It's not uncommon for people to look back and realize how much they've grown because of their challenge.
When these challenges occur, I recommend the 20/80 Rule. Take 20% of your time, and honor what happened....why it might have happened....and what could be a lesson from the situation. After that, spend the remaining 80% of your time thinking of where to go from here.....how to take small steps towards making your life better....seeing yourself at the end of the challenge as a conqueror.
Start from...
Every New Experience Is Expanding Us!
Expanding our knowledge; Expanding our skills; Expanding our character; Expanding our comfort zone; Expanding our inner world!
Several years back I got certified in scuba diving. There were many things to learn as I stepped into a new world with different surroundings and different rules. Things needed to be explained to me, what I can touch verses what I can't touch, never to dive alone, how to communicate underwater, how to navigate in poor visibility, and how to buddy breathe if someone's tank ran out of oxygen.
Once we got underwater, there was a new freedom I quickly realized because of the tank of oxygen strapped to my back, I was able to stay down and enjoy . I was able to see bright vivid colors of fish swimming together in schools, sea life tucked within the rocks or blending in with the coral. I saw a sand ray that was camouflage and swam away as I approached, and even encountered a barracuda who moved in an...
