We were created with so many abilities that we don't use.  We were designed to grow, to learn, to thrive, and to help others do the same.

Yet every person, at one time or another get stuck, and have difficulties moving forward.  It's even more confusing when a "bad" thing happened to a "good" person.

While we are lost in the "confusion", we end up making life decisions through the lens of hurts and wrongs that happened many years ago.  These hurts and wrongs don't heal on their own.  They truly deserve that sacred space to honor what happened, so we can let go of the trauma in the body, even at a cellular level, is holding on to.

So how do we do this?  Many times, it just needs to be reviewed with objectivity....someone who doesn't have a vested interest in a particular "story line".   Maybe a good friend can be that for you.  Maybe you can do that for yourself.  Revisiting something that happened to you when you were young, but from the vantage point (knowledge) of being an adult n...

In these crazy days that we are going through,  it's easy to look around us and notice people stepping up to the plate and doing outstanding things. 

If you ask that person afterwards they say they're not a hero... they noticed a situation in front of them, and just helped. 

Well even though the cameras aren't recording your actions, I know you have been there to help others.  I just wanted to take this moment to recognize you...I hope you join me in recognizing what you are bringing to this changing world. 

We are all in this world together, and your actions Matter.

The only power we really have is right here in this very moment.

We can't change the past, and the future isn't here yet.  All we have is right here and right now.

That is why meditation is sometimes refereed to as a Powerful Pause.

For when we sit quietly, disconnect from the thoughts in our head; and connect to the feelings in our heart, we are connected to ALL THINGS and INFINITE POSSIBILITIES.

That's the Powerful part!

This is a picture of the center of our universe taken from the Hubble Space Station.  However instead of looking at it through an optical lens, this was taken from a Chandra space telescope which reflects the energy field of our planetary system.  This picture shows how our whole universe is connected through a web like energy field.

When we understand even a small fragment of the abilities we were created with and we begin to utilize these abilities, then we start realizing the importance of meditation.  Through quieting the mind, and feeling through our heart...we are then participating in this universal connection and communication!

We can use this divine connection to understand if things presented to us are True, or if they're False.  This divine connection is there to support us with all of our questions and concerns.

ARE PEOPLE TRYING TO GET YOU TO BELIEVE THEIR STORY?

There are people in the world who have a vested interest in manipulate the mass population in believing the world events a certain way.

There also might be well meaning people in our life that are trying to get us to believe their perspectives or beliefs.  These beliefs could have even been handed down to them by family, religious organizations, social media, or even the news.

Whatever we believe will affect how we make our decisions.  Therefore, isn't it worth investigating the situation for our self?

Objectively look around the situation, is there a broader perspective that isn't being shared, or presented?  Are we receiving all the information for us to decide, or are we being told the outcome for us to believe without question?

These are important questions, because if we are free people, then we have the freedom to think for ourselves.

If we are going to make decisions based on information, then we hold the responsibilit...

Anything they can get you to believe in the movies, is the same technology they you use to control your emotions.

Your emotions are for you to control...and not others!
