The only power we really have is right here in this very moment.

We can't change the past, and the future isn't here yet.  All we have is right here and right now.

That is why meditation is sometimes refereed to as a Powerful Pause.

For when we sit quietly, disconnect from the thoughts in our head; and connect to the feelings in our heart, we are connected to ALL THINGS and INFINITE POSSIBILITIES.

That's the Powerful part!

This is a picture of the center of our universe taken from the Hubble Space Station.  However instead of looking at it through an optical lens, this was taken from a Chandra space telescope which reflects the energy field of our planetary system.  This picture shows how our whole universe is connected through a web like energy field.

When we understand even a small fragment of the abilities we were created with and we begin to utilize these abilities, then we start realizing the importance of meditation.  Through quieting the mind, and feeling through our heart...we are then participating in this universal connection and communication!

We can use this divine connection to understand if things presented to us are True, or if they're False.  This divine connection is there to support us with all of our questions and concerns.

ARE PEOPLE TRYING TO GET YOU TO BELIEVE THEIR STORY?

There are people in the world who have a vested interest in manipulate the mass population in believing the world events a certain way.

There also might be well meaning people in our life that are trying to get us to believe their perspectives or beliefs.  These beliefs could have even been handed down to them by family, religious organizations, social media, or even the news.

Whatever we believe will affect how we make our decisions.  Therefore, isn't it worth investigating the situation for our self?

Objectively look around the situation, is there a broader perspective that isn't being shared, or presented?  Are we receiving all the information for us to decide, or are we being told the outcome for us to believe without question?

These are important questions, because if we are free people, then we have the freedom to think for ourselves.

If we are going to make decisions based on information, then we hold the...

Anything they can get you to believe in the movies, is the same technology they you use to control your emotions.

Your emotions are for you to control...and not others!

You are the "Gate Keeper" to your own emotions and beliefs.  HOLD ON TO YOUR OWN POWER.

If you were to "give" someone a book...you would first need to "have" the book before you could give it away -Right?

Well actually the same thing is true with L O V E !

You really need to own true, health love, before you have anything worth while to give to others.

Start by noticing your good qualities, your caring heart, compassion for animals, the encouraging words you share, the talents you were born with.  In a world that has lost it's way....these are valuable treasures.  It doesn't matter if others recognize these treasures, although the eventually will; Your power comes from "YOU" recognizing theses valuable abilities!

Once you recognize them, notice these honorable traits every day.  Pretty soon it will be like a plant that receives a little water, a little "tender loving care" every day.  You will blossom into the type of person who stands out as something special, with admirable qualities.

Then share THAT with the world!

The Greatest Love Of All - is...

Starting with a blank canvas, what are some of the things you'd like to experience in 2022?

You don't need to worry about the day to day routine tasks, they will find a place in your life.  But let's create a focal point...some points of interest you'd like to fold into your life this year.

Feel free to incorporate some items from your list of "Things That Brings You JOY".  Just by "naming" what you want, subconsciously "claims" it for you.  Like we've said before, you wouldn't just hop in the car and take a journey, without identifying what you'd like to see and where you want to end up.

There is no right or wrong way.  Nothing set in stone.  No rules.  If something isn't working, move things around until it feels right....feels comfortable...feels like it supports you.

EXPRESS YOURSELF!

Have you made a list of "Things That Bring You JOY" mentioned in the last blog?  If so, this will flow naturally into your new creation.  Your Creation of 2022.

There's a saying, "If you fail to plan, then you plan to fail".  It's kind of harsh, but also kind of true!  If you just hopped in the car, and put the car in drive, but don't know your destination....or what things you'd like to experience; then you'll be wondering aimlessly.

Is that what you want for your life?  If you don't even invest a few minutes each day to tune into you, and discover what makes you happy, what you really like, and what you really don't like; then you're allowing life to happen to you, rather than YOU happening to life.

No matter who you are, or what has happened to you...YOU WERE CREATED WITH SPECIAL GIFTS, THAT NO ONE ELSE WAS CREATED WITH.

What are THOSE GIFTS?  Make sure you add those to your list.  If they were placed in you at your moment of birth, then...

This is a new year, designed perfectly for a new you!

After the break down of 2020 and 2021, we get to create 2022.     The 2022 YOU want!

Do yourself a favor, and keep everyone out of this part of the creating process.  No one knows what gifts you came into the world with; nor what your deep passions might be.  Those answers are inside of you.

Make a list of things you'd enjoy doing, if money was NOT a consideration.  Not the cost for what you want to do, nor the fact you need to make a living.  Just the purity of what you enjoy doing.  Write down as many things as you can think of....they don't have to make sense to you right now.

Now take a couple days to review that list.  Can you add to the list?  Does anything jump out at you?  Do your eyes linger a little longer over a couple things on the list?  There is no deadline to this creative process.  Like a fine wine, it gets better with time.
